Design & Selections Coordinator (Contract) – $250 per House

Location: Must be local to North Richland Hills, TX area

Blue Mesa Homes is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Design & Selections Coordinator to manage buyer finish selections and material availability for our residential builds.

This is a per-home contract position ($250 per house) and requires frequent in-person visits to Floor & Decor in North Richland Hills, TX. Compensation is paid out upon house closing.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor build progress via company spreadsheet and initiate buyer contact at the appropriate construction phase
• Verify material availability at Floor & Decor before sending buyer selection options
• Email buyers (email communication only) to select:
• Interior floor color
• Exterior color
• Siding color
• Send two pre-selected tile packages to buyers once framing/walls are up
• Confirm and document all buyer selections in master spreadsheet
• Select front elevation stone and exterior color combinations
• Select lighting packages for each home (not buyer-selected)
• Frequently visit Floor & Decor (NRH location) to confirm inventory and availability of offered materials

This role requires someone comfortable being in-store often and proactively managing supply availability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in interior design, residential construction selections, or home building coordination

OR

• Experience designing your own home(s) with documented evidence (Pinterest boards, portfolio, photos, or equivalent)

• Strong design sense with cohesive color/material pairing ability
• Communicates clearly and professionally via email
• Proactive about inventory verification and supply constraints
• Local to North Richland Hills, TX and available for frequent in-store visits
