Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Electronics Systems Engineer to design, develop, and maintain advanced home and business electronic systems. This role involves integrating cutting-edge technologies such as audio, video, network, security, home automation and control system solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in systems engineering, IT infrastructure, and A/V systems, Creston and Control4 with experience in DTools Systems Integrator, CAD, and Visio software.

Duties

• Design technology systems to generate proposals, change orders, and estimates for clients on the daily.
• Remotely support to technicians in the field to provide programming and installation support of products specified.
• Research & Development of new and existing product lines to obtain certifications for company to continue to provide or offer new.
• Meeting with clients both virtually and on-site to review engineering plans and/or provide system consultations.
• Generating a variety of supporting documentation for projects including, but not limited to wiring schematics, rack drawings, white papers, networking configurations, and more.
• Provide internal IT Support to further develop software systems and procedures to achieve higher levels of productivity and automation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in the field to install and program the systems being designed.
• Strong knowledge of proposal software and other tools used for quoting.
• Expertise in Control4 and Crestron equipment.
• Familiarity with daily reporting into a CRM for projects and services.
• Hands-on experience with network protocols.
• Ability to perform work from home in a quiet and uninterruptable area.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to system architecture or network configurations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
