Lily Home Care offers a consistent schedule with the same client(s) every week. You will have the opportunity to get connected to and bond with your client, in order to provide a high quality of care and life.

Client's needs range from companionship, light housekeeping, and errands to personal and dementia care. The type of client you are assigned to depends on your personal and professional experience and preference.

We are currently hiring for 1st and 2nd shift, weekend availability a plus. Part time or full time is up to the applicant.

Many of our clients are located in the Fairlawn and Akron areas but we also service surrounding areas such as Bath, Cuyahoga Falls, Green, Portage Lakes, etc. Employee's driving distance preferences are used in finding an ideal client match.

In order to apply you must:

• Have a valid driver's license
• A reliable vehicle
• Experience caring for the elderly
• Ability to pass a drug and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to seniors in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document patient health and behavior, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Assist with transportation and errands as needed, utilizing a valid driver's license.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to support the overall well-being of clients.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
