Westfield, FT, 3pm-11pm, M, T, F, & Sat, personal care, meal prep, stand by assist, walker, dementia, night time routine.

Required:

• At least 1 year of eldercare experience
• At least 2 forms of ID
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to submit to background checks
• Willing to provide 2 professional references
• Able to speak/communicate in English
