Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Support clients with mobility challenges, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Uphold resident rights by promoting independence and dignity in all interactions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or home care is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by clients' needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
