Home Care Assistant Nurse (Female Only)

1. Patient Care Support

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, dressing).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning (following safe handling protocols).
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Registered Nurse.
• Assist in maintaining patient hygiene and skin integrity.
• Support fall prevention and safety measures.

2. Basic Clinical Duties (Within Scope of Practice)

• Measure and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respiration, oxygen saturation).
• Assist with wound care under RN supervision.
• Assist with medication administration as permitted by UAE regulations.
• Prepare and maintain medical equipment as directed.

3. Infection Control & Safety

• Follow infection control protocols and PPE guidelines.
• Ensure proper disposal of medical waste.
• Maintain clean and safe patient environment.
• Adhere to lifting and handling safety standards (no single-person heavy lifting).

4. Communication

• Communicate professionally with patients and families.
• Report concerns or incidents immediately to supervising nurse.
• Participate in care plan discussions when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
