Position Summary

We are seeking dependable, empathetic Home Caregivers to join our team on a part‑time, flexible basis. This role is perfect for individuals who want meaningful work while maintaining work‑life balance.

Care assignments are matched based on:

• Client needs
• Caregiver skills
• Comfort level and communication preferences

(This ensures a respectful and appropriate match for both the caregiver and the client.)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands
• Document care accurately and report changes in condition

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal)
• Ability to travel to clients throughout Chicagoland
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate
• Must pass background check and required health screenings

Schedule & Compensation

• Part‑time with flexible scheduling
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
• Mileage reimbursement for travel between clients
