Home Care Expansion Researcher

We are looking for a Home Care Expansion Researcher to support the growth of our home care services into additional states. This full-time role focuses on in-depth research and analysis to determine state-by-state feasibility, licensing requirements, and regulatory opportunities.

In-person work is essential for this role because compliance activities require direct access to secure documents, on-site audits, review of physical records, and real-time coordination with clinical and administrative teams. These duties cannot be performed remotely with the accuracy and security required by regulation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on state-level home care regulations and licensing requirements
• Analyze Medicaid programs, reimbursement rates, and payer structures by state
• Identify potential barriers to entry and opportunities for expansion
• Compile clear, organized reports and recommendations for decision-makers
• Track approval processes and regulatory updates to inform ongoing strategy
• Occasionally travel to states to gather information or support local processes

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Paralegal, legal research, or similar experience with strong research skills
• Experience in healthcare or home care highly preferred
• Extremely thorough, detail-oriented, and organized
• Able to analyze complex regulations and summarize findings clearly
• Tech-savvy, comfortable working with multiple systems and databases
• Self-motivated and able to manage research projects independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
