Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Care Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing efforts and expand our presence in the home care industry. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new clients and build brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess strong digital marketing skills, experience with multichannel campaigns, and a passion for improving community health services through innovative marketing initiatives.

Duties

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and advertising sales.
  • Manage content creation and copywriting for websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and Google Analytics to track campaign performance, optimize strategies, and generate actionable insights.
  • Coordinate social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook Advertising, ensuring engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth in B2B marketing and e-commerce channels.
  • Oversee advertising campaigns including print advertising, Google AdWords, and other performance marketing initiatives to maximize outreach.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support advertising sales efforts and develop strategic partnerships within the community.
  • Manage budgets for various campaigns while ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, adjust strategies accordingly, and report on key performance indicators regularly.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and product management principles within healthcare or home care sectors.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and print advertising methods.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research to inform campaign development and strategic planning.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
