We are seeking a Home Care Marketing Representative / Healthcare Marketer to help expand our client base and build strong referral relationships within the healthcare community.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Home Care Marketer to promote our home health and senior care services throughout the Las Vegas and Summerlin community.

In this role, you will focus on client acquisition, referral development, and healthcare relationship building by connecting with hospitals, physicians, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare professionals.

This position offers excellent earning potential through a performance-based commission structure and the opportunity to play a key role in growing a trusted home care agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement healthcare marketing strategies to generate leads and increase referrals for home care services.
• Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, senior living communities, case managers, social workers, and discharge planners.
• Conduct community outreach, networking events, health fairs, and presentations to promote Legacy of Excellence’s in-home care services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the senior care and healthcare market.
• Present and educate potential referral partners about our home care services, caregiver support programs, and quality standards.
• Track marketing activities, referrals, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
• Maintain awareness of local healthcare trends, competitors, and community needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly client acquisition and referral targets.

Performance Incentives

We reward strong performance and business growth.

• 15% commission on the value of clients you help secure for the agency (based on initial service agreement or first-month billing).
• 3% commission increase after closing 5 successful deals (increases from 15% to 18%).
• Continued growth opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, healthcare marketing, home care marketing, or business development preferred.
• Experience in home health, senior care, assisted living, or medical sales is highly desirable.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Comfortable with community outreach and healthcare networking.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media marketing is a plus.
• Passion for helping families access quality senior care services.
