Hiring: Registered & Assistant Nurses – Home Care (Dubai)

About the role
We’re recruiting Registered Nurses (RN) and Assistant Nurses (AN) for patient care at home settings across Dubai. You’ll deliver safe, compassionate care within your scope and in coordination with our clinical team.

Key responsibilities (home care):

• Patient assessment, vitals monitoring, and care-plan implementation under physician orders.
• Medication preparation/administration; IV/IM/SC injections where competent and authorized; documentation of each administration.
• Wound care and dressing changes; pressure-injury prevention.
• Chronic disease support (e.g., diabetes monitoring/insulin), post-operative care, palliative/comfort care.
• Catheter, tracheostomy, PEG/NG feeding, and other device care as per competency.
• Patient & family education, fall-risk and safety checks, infection prevention, and proper medical-waste handling. Dubai Health Authorityjprhomehealthcare.com
• Accurate electronic documentation (NABIDH/EMR) within required timelines; support telehealth check-ins when needed.
• Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team; timely escalation and emergency response (BLS).

Requirements

• For RNs: Nursing degree + current DHA license or Eligibility preferred.
• For ANs: Approved assistant/PN qualification; works under RN supervision (RN:AN supervision ratios apply).
• BLS/CPR (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication, empathy, and readiness to travel for home visits across Dubai.
• With or without DHA: Candidates without current DHA may apply for AN roles or be onboarded while completing licensing; independent practice requires DHA authorization per Dubai regulations.
