Home Care Nurse

Hiring for the east point hospitals and medical college for the position of Home Care Nurse....

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to physician instructions.
• Monitor vital signs and overall patient health status.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and infection prevention.
• Support patients with daily living activities such as bathing, mobility, and hygiene when required.
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication usage, and home-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for the patient.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM with valid nursing registration.
• Strong communication, empathy, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
