Home Care Nurse

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate must be patient-focused, skilled in home care procedures, and able to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in home settings Administer medications, injections, and IV therapy Monitor patient vitals and document progress Assist with wound care, feeding, mobility, and hygiene Educate families on care plans and safety Coordinate with doctors and the healthcare team Maintain accurate patient records and reports Requirements: Valid DHA license or eligibility.
