Home Care Nurse

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Care Nurse located in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain, United Arab Emirates.

The Home Care Nurse will provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring exceptional patient support, comfort, and recovery. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, developing and implementing personalized care plans, monitoring patient progress, and coordinating with healthcare professionals and caregivers to maintain high-quality care standards. The role requires effective communication and empathy to ensure patients receive consistent and compassionate care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Fresh graduates (PHRN or NCLEX passers) within 1 year and 6 months of graduation are welcome — no experience required
• Non-fresh graduates must have at least 2 years of clinical experience
• Willing to take the DOH license exam are welcome to apply
• Willing to work in Home care setting
