Home Care Nurse

• Monitor patient’s vital signs and overall health condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily activities.
• Provide wound care and manage medical equipment.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and medications.
• Report changes in condition to doctors or healthcare providers.

Pay: ₹18,372.67 - ₹40,505.40 per month
