Home Care Nurse

1. Visits patients at their homes to give medical care.

2. Checks vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.

3. Gives medicines and ensures they are taken correctly.

4. Provides wound care such as cleaning and changing dressings.

5. Helps with daily activities like bathing, eating, and moving safely.

6. Monitors health changes and reports concerns to doctors or family.

7. Manages medical equipment like oxygen, insulin pumps, or IVs.

8. Teaches patients and families how to care for health needs at home.

9. Keeps records of care, medicines, and patient progress.

10. Offers emotional support to help patients feel safe and comfortable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,372.67 - ₹40,505.40 per month
