Job Title: Homecare Nurse (Full-Time)

Salary: Starting from ₹30,000 per month
Shift Options:

• 12 Hours – Day/Night Shift
• 24 Hours Shift

Job Description:

We are hiring dedicated and compassionate Homecare Nursing Staff to provide one-on-one patient care at the client’s home. Freshers with ANM, GNM, B.Sc Nursing, DGNM qualifications are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care and daily patient support.
• Monitor vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, SPO2).
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, feeding, grooming, mobility.
• Administer medications as per instructions.
• Manage procedures such as: diaper change, wound dressing, catheter care, Ryles tube feeding, tracheostomy care (if trained).
• Maintain patient records and update daily reports.
• Ensure a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment for the patient.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing / DGNM(Freshers eligible).
• Basic understanding of nursing procedures.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.

Skills Required:

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently in home settings.
• Willingness to work in 12-hour or 24-hour shifts.
• Basic documentation and reporting skills.
