We are looking for female, DHA-licensed Registered Nurses, Midwives and Caregivers who are passionate about providing exceptional care for mothers and infants in the comfort of clients’ homes. Who We’re Looking For:

• Currently based in Dubai.
• DHA-licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Assistant Nurse (preferred).
• Nurses licensed but not yet DHA-licensed may also be considered as well as Certified Caregivers or CNAs with formal documentation.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Flexibility – able to adapt to changing schedules, including short-notice assignments, day/night shifts, and non-fixed days off.

What You Will Do:

• Provide professional maternal and neonatal healthcare in private homes.
• Monitor newborn health, feeding, sleep, and development, identifying concerns early and escalating when needed.
• Deliver postnatal medical care for mothers, including pain management, and recovery support.
• Provide overnight supervision when assigned, ensuring infant safety and continuity of care.
• Support and guide families in evidence-based newborn care, feeding routines, safe sleep, and settling techniques.
• Deliver breastfeeding and lactation support, including latch assessment, feeding techniques, pumping guidance, and milk storage education.
• Follow and contribute to individualised care plans tailored to each family’s medical needs.
• Respond calmly and competently to emergencies using clinical judgment, CPR, and first aid.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with families, providing education, reassurance, and practical guidance.
