Home Care Occupational Therapist $135,000.00 + Opt Chauffeur + 37 Days PTO + Benefits + 401K

Caring Angels Home Care is looking for part-time and full-time dynamic Occupational Therapists for our Home based Pediatric cases. This position offers a base salary of $135,000.00 salary plus an excellent benefits package which includes: Medical and Dental insurance, 401k Plan after only 3 Months of Employment, 27 Paid Time Off Days, 10 Paid Holidays. FFS available at $100.00 rate per 30 minute Session. The option to cover case load on Weekends is available.

Occupational Therapist Job Description:

Assessing the patient’s physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan

• Giving advice and providing support for family members and Carers

• Assessing the home, school and work environments of the patient

• Helping children to take part in everyday activities based on their unique circumstances

• Assisting patients’ exercise for pain relief

• Reviewing the patient’s progress and adapting the treatment accordingly

• Performing administrative tasks such as keeping records, writing reports and making telephone calls

Position Qualifications:

• Licensed by The State of New York as Occupational Therapist.

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Occupational Therapy License (Required)

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekends as needed
