Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage daily office tasks, including answering phones, filing, and maintaining digital records.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with staff scheduling and communicate changes clearly to caregivers and clients.
- Compliance Assistance: Support the team with documentation tasks, including reviewing Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) logs and ensuring all records meet state guidelines.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a friendly point of contact for clients, their families, and our field staff.
- Process Improvement: Assist management, CEO, with data entry and organizing office files to streamline daily workflows.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the homecare or home health industry is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word) and comfort with Home care Managmenet Software (Strong)
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Attention to Detail: Proven ability to manage documentation with high accuracy, particularly regarding regulatory compliance.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.
- Language: If you speak bilingual such as Korean, Chinese or Vietnamese, This will be plus but not required.
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
