We are hiring **qualified ANM / GNM / GDA nurses** who are passionate about delivering personalized patient care at home. The ideal candidates will assist with medication, hygiene, vital monitoring, and overall health management under medical supervision.

### ✅ **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide complete nursing care to home-based patients (bedridden, elderly, post-surgery, or chronic illness).
* Administer prescribed medicines, injections, and IV fluids as directed.
* Monitor and record patient vitals — blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
* Assist with daily living activities like feeding, bathing, mobility, and toileting.
* Perform wound dressing, catheter care, tracheostomy care, and other basic nursing duties.
* Maintain cleanliness and follow infection control procedures.
* Communicate any changes in patient condition to the supervisor or attending doctor.
* Educate and guide family members on care routines and medication.
* Maintain accurate patient records and duty reports.
* Provide emotional support and maintain patient comfort and dignity.

### 🎓 **Qualification & Skills Required**

* ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / GDA (General Duty Assistant) from a recognized institute.
* Valid Nursing Council Registration preferred.
* Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in hospital or home care setup.
* Caring attitude and dedication to patient well-being.
* Basic knowledge of first aid, hygiene, and infection control.
* Ability to handle patients independently and communicate effectively.
* Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented personality.
