Home Care Registered Nurse - PRN

Amada Senior Care of Duluth GA is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to perform face to face initial and ongoing Nurse Assessments per state license requirements and or for Long-Term Care Insurance Assessments. These assessments will require you to obtain client demographics, physician information, a complete list of medications as well as evaluate their ADL and IADL needs. Additionally, you will help to create client care plans, complete quality visits with our clients, and even participate in training our caregivers.

Your Impact:

Qualifications

• Valid and active RN license in GA
