Your Role:

• Provide skilled, attentive care to pediatric clients (vent, trach, G-tube, etc.)

• Monitor health status and report changes

• Support and educate families during their care journey

• Bring calm, confidence, and kindness to every visit

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan

• Pediatric or home care experience a plus (training available)

• CPR BLS certification

• A caring attitude and strong clinical judgment
