What You'll Do

As our Home Care Sales & Marketing Representative, you'll be the face of our agency in the community, developing strong relationships and generating new referral opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living communities, physicians, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals.

✅ Promote our home care services through in-person meetings, presentations, networking events, and community outreach.

✅ Identify and develop new referral partnerships and business opportunities.

✅ Manage and follow up on leads to help families access the care they need.

✅ Work closely with our office team to ensure a smooth and positive client onboarding experience.

✅ Represent At Peace Healthcare Agency with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.

✅ Achieve and exceed monthly referral and sales goals.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in home care sales, healthcare marketing, medical sales, or business development

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule

• Comfortable with networking, cold/warm outreach, and face-to-face marketing

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus)

• Passion for helping others and serving the community
