The Role

We are seeking a highly driven, well-connected Home Care Sales Executive to spearhead our growth in some of Massachusetts’ most affluent communities: Boston, Newton, Chestnut Hill, Brookline, Wellesley and Weston.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an established professional who already possesses a deep network of referral sources in this specific territory and can drive measurable productivity in their very first week. If you have a proven track record in private pay / premium home care sales and existing relationships with local discharge planners, geriatric care managers, elder law attorneys, and wealth advisors, we want to speak with you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Immediate Growth: Leverage your existing network to generate high-quality private duty home care referrals from day one.
  • Territory Management: Develop, manage, and grow relationships with key referral sources acrossBoston, Newton, Chestnut Hill, Brookline, Wellesley, and Weston.
  • Account Development: Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and meetings with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and independent medical professionals.
  • Client Acquisition: Meet with prospective clients and their families to assess needs, explain our premium care solutions, and seamlessly transition them into our care.
  • Market Strategy: Track local market trends, monitor competitor activity, and collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, contacts, and pipeline progress in the CRM.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of documented success in home care sales, hospice sales, or highly related healthcare business development.
  • Established Network: Mandatory. Must possess an active, mature network of referral sources within the Boston, Newton/Wellesley/Brookline/Weston corridor.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the private duty home care landscape, Medicare/Medicaid differences, and the specific expectations of high-net-worth clientele.
  • Drive & Autonomy: Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a large territory independently.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
