Home Care Sales Representative – Senior Care (Base + Commission Negotiable)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help expand our presence in the community and build trusted partnerships.

Position Overview

This is not a cold-call boiler room job.

This is relationship-based healthcare sales.

We are looking for someone who understands how to build trust with:

  • Hospitals and discharge planners
  • Rehab facilities
  • Assisted living communities
  • Physicians’ offices
  • Senior living advisors
  • Community organizations

The ideal candidate thrives on connection, follow-through, and meaningful impact.

Compensation

--> Base salary + commission structure (negotiable)
--> Earning potential will reflect performance and experience
--> Commission plan will be customized for the right candidate

We are open to structuring compensation based on:

  • Industry experience
  • Existing referral relationships
  • Proven performance in healthcare or senior services
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships in the McKinney & North Dallas market
  • Conduct in-person outreach visits to referral partners
  • Present Adage Home Care services professionally and confidently
  • Track referral sources and follow-up activity
  • Meet and exceed monthly growth goals
  • Represent Adage at community events and networking functions
  • Work collaboratively with internal care coordination team
  • Maintain a strong local presence in the senior care ecosystem

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Experience in home care, hospice, assisted living, or medical sales is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to manage time independently
  • Reliable transportation
  • CRM or sales tracking experience preferred
