Home Care Scheduler

Allwel is a home care agency looking for a highly organized Staffing and Engagement Specialist (SES) who will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of both the care partners and participant schedules. To ensure success in this role, the Staffing and Engagement Specialist should possess solid knowledge of staffing practices and demonstrate experience in a similar role.

The Specialist will also be ensuring our Care Partners feel engaged as employees, monitor their well-being and offer support or referrals to those who need any. Continued success in this role lies in the willingness and ability to collaborate and work cohesively with team members, Care Partners, our participants, and their loved ones.

A Qualified Candidate:

• Associate’s Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED Required
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to handle multitasking in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Collaborative and team oriented.

Job Type/Shift

Part Time: Participation in on-call rotation schedule
