Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Ypsilanti, MI. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and errands
• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare providers or family members
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus
• Ability to pass background checks
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Ypsilanti, MI
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to clients’ needs
