Home Décor Stylist and Client Consultant

Studio Covers is hiring a Design and Styling Associate to support our creative, client-facing, and product styling initiatives.

Work Setup and Pay

• Full time, on-site from our office in Greater Noida
• Monday-Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays off; flexible within reason)
• No specific degree required - taste, curiosity, and aesthetic sensibility matter more than certificates.

Must-Haves
- Deep love for home décor and furnishings
- You genuinely enjoy beautiful spaces, textiles, colours, styling, and design.
- A cultivated aesthetic sense
- Client-facing confidence
- Understanding of:

• Indian crafts, textiles, and heritage
• Contemporary global décor styles
• Colour theory, balance, scale, and mood

You can:

• Speak to customers, architects, and designers
• Suggest products tastefully
• Build moodboards
• Guide people toward good design decisions
• Communicate clearly and warmly

Execution ability

• Source props, fabrics, décor items
• Coordinate photoshoots
• Handle décor setups
• Manage vendor follow-ups and basic ops

Ownership and reliability

• Meet deadlines
• Take responsibility
• Think on your feet
• Ask the right questions
• Work well without micromanagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
