Location: Station based in Fayetteville, NC | Routes in Fayetteville and Hope Mills

TNA Transport Inc is now hiring dependable, safety-focused drivers for FedEx Ground / Home Delivery operations. Drivers will dispatch daily from the FedEx station in Fayetteville, NC, and deliver to residential and business addresses in the Fayetteville area.

We offer consistent routes, clear expectations, and a professional work environment for those looking to build a stable career.

Compensation

• Training Pay: $75/day
• Post-Training Base Pay: $125/day
• Experienced Drivers: Up to $150/day based on performance
• Raises: Available based on reliability and performance, even before the 90-day mark

Schedule

• Start Time: 7:00 AM from the Fayetteville terminal
• Workweek: 5–6 days per week (weekend rotations may apply)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months commercial driving experience within the past year
• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT physical
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify compliant)
• Capable of lifting and moving packages up to 150 lbs
• Must meet FedEx contractor standards and complete a road test
