Our in-store marketing team sets up inside major home improvement stores to connect shoppers with solar savings opportunities.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking motivated Appointment Setters to represent Freedom Forever at our home improvement store locations. You’ll engage customers, start friendly conversations, educate them about the benefits of going solar, and set appointments for our Solar Energy Specialists to review their savings options.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage shoppers in a professional, approachable manner
• Educate homeowners on Freedom Forever’s $0 out-of-pocket solar program
• Qualify interested customers and schedule in-home consultations
• Keep accurate records of leads and daily activity
• Represent the Freedom Forever brand with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Outgoing and positive personality
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

• Average $150–$500 per day (base + bonuses + commissions)
• Daily and weekly incentives (gift cards, vacations, and prizes)
