THE ROLE: A 12-MONTH RESIDENCY

We hire for long-term careers, not short-term sales.

Your first year is a paid residency designed to remove pressure and allow you to focus on learning the craft the right way.

During this time, you will be trained to become a true Home Design Consultant.

WHAT YOU WILL MASTER

Product Expertise

You will learn the details behind premium, American-made furniture, materials, construction, and why it matters to the customer.

The Relationship Method

You will learn how to listen, ask better questions, and guide, not push, clients toward the right decisions.

Design Application

You will assist with floor planning, fabric selection, and creating cohesive, functional spaces.

Client Experience Ownership

From first conversation to in-home delivery, you will own the relationship and ensure every detail reflects our standards.

Stable, predictable salary during your residency year (up to $60,000; greater based on exp.)
