Home Design Coordinator (Client Selection Lead)

We are a custom home builder seeking a detail-oriented Home Design Coordinator to guide our clients through the design selection process. You will assist clients in designing their home, ensure chosen materials and finishes align with project specifications, and communicate seamlessly between clients and suppliers. As we office out of our model home, you will assist in greeting clients and basic sales.

Key Skills Required:

• Technical and creative interior design abilities.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and professionalism.
• Ability to review and verify quotes against specified items.
• Familiarity with reading floor plans or willingness to learn.

Optional but Desirable:

• Proficiency with design software (e.g., CAD or similar).
• Experience making plan markups or design adjustments, or willingness to learn.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
