Home Energy Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
Halco Home Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Home Energy Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, with a focus on job costing, invoicing, and scheduling. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, and comfortable working with computers and administrative systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform job costing and track project expenses accurately
  • Prepare and process invoices in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and manage scheduling for projects and team members
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer service experience with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and common office software
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience in the home energy, construction, or service industry
  • Familiarity with job costing or scheduling software

Work Location & Flexibility:
This position is based on-site in Phelps, NY during the initial training period. Remote work may be considered after training is successfully completed and once the employee demonstrates strong self-direction, reliability, and motivation.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
