Halco Home Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Home Energy Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, with a focus on job costing, invoicing, and scheduling. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, and comfortable working with computers and administrative systems.

This position is based on-site in Phelps, NY during the initial training period. Remote work may be considered after training is successfully completed and once the employee demonstrates strong self-direction, reliability, and motivation.
