We are urgently hiring A home fashion store manager who oversees all daily store operations, with a focus on maximizing sales and profitability, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards. This role requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of home fashion products and trends. Key Responsibilities The primary duties of a home fashion store manager include:
- Sales and Financial Performance: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). This also involves monitoring expenses, managing budgets, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Store Operations: Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and loss prevention measures. Managers are responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels and coordinating the replenishment of merchandise.
- Customer Experience: Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by setting and enforcing customer service standards and promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Team Management and Development: Recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating the store team. This includes creating staff schedules, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintaining the store's presentation and visual displays in line with brand guidelines, ensuring an appealing and inspiring shopping environment for customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications Successful store managers in the home fashion sector typically possess:
- Experience: Proven experience as a store manager or sales manager in a retail environment, often with specific experience in home goods, fashion, or luxury retail.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills to guide and inspire a team.
