Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a brand ambassador and proactively drive sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through selling activities, exceptional service, and product expertise.
• Maintain showroom presentation standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Greet and engage customers, building strong relationships to understand and solve their home furnishing needs.
• Provide professional recommendations on furniture, décor, purchasing options, and services.
• Stay up to date on current trends, new products, and design inspiration.
• Assist with coordinating deliveries, follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Furniture sales or interior decorating experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to understand and translate customer needs into creative solutions.
• Goal-oriented, motivated, and results-driven.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
