Home Furnishings and Interior Design Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional up beat, reliable, dynamic and detail-oriented Home Furnishings and Interior Design Project Manager to assist and offer innovative interior decorating solutions from concept to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend a passion for interiors with practical project execution, ensuring clients receive exceptional attention and design solutions that reflect their style and needs. As a key driver of project success, you will coordinate between owner, clients, vendors, contractors to deliver high-quality, on-budget results . Your expertise in the home furnishings world , interior decoration, project management, and technical presentations will be essential in creating beautiful, functional decorating solutions sourcing all Gracious Living has to offer.

Responsibilities

• Help to manage all phases of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain in store display room settings.
• Handle accounts receivables
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional requirements; translate these into detailed design concepts.
• Co- develop accurate plans, renderings, and presentations.
• Demonstrate and cheerful and helpful attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and professional appearance.
• Be able to maintain a set schedule with reliable transportation at all times.
• Work under direction of owner and independently to achieve goals for Gracious Living Interiors and customers.
• Maintain source and sample libraries
• Have ability to multitask and re- prioritize
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables while proactively resolving issues that may arise during all phases.

Experience

• Proven experience in the home furnishings field
• Proficiency in communications
• Experience in sales of home furnishings
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
• Evidence you have an understanding of Gracious Living Interiors and what they offer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
