Home Health Administrator Assistant Office Support

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Home Health Administrator Office support to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk responsiblities, including greeting visitors and patients with professionalism and courtesy
- Operate multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems for patient records and administrative documents
- Schedule appointments with patients for home health staff
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient questions and concerns promptly and courteously
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before submissiom or distribution
- Support office management tasks such as organizing supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining a clean work environment
- Perform clerical duties including typing, photocopying, faxing, and document scanning
- Support medical receptionist duties as needed, including verifying insurance information and assisting with patient check- in procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support within a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and general office software applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills; experience handling multi-line phone systems is desirable
- Bilingual (Spanish) abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse populations
- Previous experience as a receptionist, medical receptionist, personal assistant, or office clerk is advantageous
- Ability to manage calendars effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail with proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations (HIPAA)
- Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Assist Office Manager with communication of patients, family members and medical agencies
