Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA or Home Health Aide to care one on one with our patients in home.. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, and caring, with a strong desire to provide quality care in a calm home environment.

SHIFT OPENINGS: ALL TIME SLOTS

Responsibilities:

• Assist the patient with getting ready for the day and daily tasks.

• Provide light assistance general supervision and reassurance

• Monitor the patient's condition and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Clear Level II Background

• Valid CNA certification or HHA license required

• CPR Certification

• Prior experience working in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health settings preferred.

• Familiarity with medical terminology and medical documentation practices essential for accurate record-keeping

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, shift-based roles across various environments

• Strong communication and documentation skills coupled with compassion for patient-centered care; understanding of HIPAA privacy standards is mandatory.

Pay Rate: (Weekly Pay)

Job Type: FULL_TIME

Additional Requirements: Must have a Level II Background and a CNA or HHA certification.
