POSITION SUMMARY:

Home Health Aide – 12-Hour Day & Night Shifts | $16/hr

Starting Pay: $16.00+ per hour | Weekly Pay | 1-on-1 Home Care

No experience required — paid training provided. Health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and referral bonuses available.

Work one-on-one with a client in their home — not a facility.

No running between clients. More consistent, manageable shifts.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Prepare meals based on dietary needs and preferences

• Provide medication reminders and monitor changes in condition

• Support mobility, safety, and independence

• Maintain a clean and safe home environment

• Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship

• Monitor and report changes in condition

Requirements

• Experience preferred but not required

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable with hands-on care

• Valid driver's license preferred

This is a one-on-one caregiver home care position where you work with one client at a time in a home setting, not a nursing home or facility.
