Duties

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks like laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
• Maintain open communication with clients, staff, and family members
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance
• Perform job duties in a professional manner
• Provide transportation (if applicable)
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Assist in all areas indicated in the plan
• Follow the company policies and procedures
• Respect and treat clients with dignity
• Adhere to the rights set forth by the DODD (Department of Developmental Disabilities) & ODA (Ohio Department of Aging)
