Home Health Aide

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
- Follow care plans and ensure clients' needs are met
- Lift and transfer clients safely if required
- Document care provided and report any concerns to the supervisor

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home community care or related field preferred
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs
- Knowledge of medical documentation and procedures
- Familiarity with memory care, hospice care, or nursing home environments is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude
- Ability to cook simple meals for clients if needed
- Caring and empathetic nature towards those in need of care

-CPR/FIRST AID preferred
