Position Summary

Village Caregiving is currently hiring motivated and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home support to clients in the Toledo, Ohio area. In this important role, you will help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while delivering attentive, personalized care.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support

• Follow client-specific care plans and document services as required

• Perform light household duties to maintain a tidy environment

• Support meal preparation and basic nutritional needs

• Promote a secure, clean, and positive living space

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Home Health Aide (HHA) certification

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities

• Dependable, caring, and patient personality

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range of $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
