● DUTIES

▸ General care, oversight and monitoring of man in late 60's, ambulatory, alert, interactive

▸ Needs more prompting, rather than physical assistance

▸ Not To Include: Client Personal Errands, Appointments (most otherwise managed)

▸ Housekeeping

▸ Meal/Snack Planning and Prep (w/in prescribed dietary restrictions)

▸ Laundry

▸ Monitor his Light Exercise (Stationary Bike, Senior DVDs)

▸ Various Mental Activities with him (trivia, board games, cards, etc...)

▸ Nebulizer, Oxygen, Medication Administration (via pre-filled medi-sets)

● PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

▸ Physically Healthy and Healthy Lifestyle; non-smoker, physically fit, etc...

▸ Must be Fully Vaccinated for Client Medical Reasons, Not Political, No Exceptions.

▸ Mentally, Emotionally - Mature and Stable; No Drama, No Phone Addiction

▸ Well organized, neat, clean, efficient, detail-oriented, positive, patient, motivated, persistent

▸ Ability to be very consistent, adhere to strict routine and take direction with minimal variance

▸ Ability to be appropriately firm and directive

▸ Daily Uniform - Scrubs and appropriate footwear

● BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS

▸ Fluent in English; speaking, comprehension, reading and writing

▸ Current, clean driver's license; Currently own vehicle w/valid insurance/registration

▸ Legal US citizen

▸ Pass complete and thorough background check, including standard pre-employment psych evaluation

● COMPENSATION

▸ Independent Contractor Status - Hourly Pay (Paid Bi-Weekly)
