Home Health Aide

Home Health Aide (HHA)Join our team as a Home Health Aide and make a real difference through compassionate caregiving. In this role, you’ll help improve the lives of clients and their families by supporting daily needs, safety, and independence in the comfort of their homes.Responsibilities:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition; document using EMR/EHR systems
• Administer medications as directed while maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Provide care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other conditions
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
• Support with light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment
• Assist with medical needs such as vital signs, catheter care, and mobility equipment (Hoyer lift)

Qualifications:

• Experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
• Knowledge of ADLs, basic medical care, and caregiving best practices
• Experience with dementia, hospice, or disability care is a plus
• Ability to work independently with professionalism and compassion
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems preferred
