Home Health Aide

## Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

## Duties

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals

- Monitor and record vital signs to track the patient's health status

- Provide hospice care and emotional support to patients and their families

- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, considering dietary restrictions

- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily tasks

- Lift and transfer patients safely as needed

## Experience

### Required Skills:

- Proficiency in vital signs monitoring

- Experience in medication administration

- Knowledge of hospice care principles

- Ability to use medical systems for documentation

- Strong patient care skills

### Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Comfort working with individuals with developmental disabilities

- Cooking skills for meal preparation
