About the Role:

Farleigh’s Senior Care Home is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team at our Michigan Avenue and Morgan Road location in Battle Creek, MI. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our senior residents by providing essential daily living assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide medication assistance as directed
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks
• Offer companionship and social interaction
• Document resident care and progress

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proven experience in a healthcare setting within the past year
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and nights
