Job Description

We are seeking reliable, compassionate Home Health Aides to provide in-home care services to elderly clients throughout Southeastern Massachusetts. This role involves working with a vulnerable population, including individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other high-level care needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s and cognitive impairments
• Follow individualized care plans
• Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality
• Travel to clients’ homes within the service area

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification preferred
• Alzheimer’s Habilitation Certification preferred
• Supportive Home Health Aide Certification preferred
• CNA certification strongly preferred
• Experience working with elderly or high-needs populations
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel between client homes
• Strong communication skills and reliability
