Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality
• Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or other memory impairments through tailored memory care techniques
• Support patients in assisted living or long-term care settings by helping with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
• Maintain detailed medical documentation and communicate effectively with healthcare teams regarding patient progress and needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in home health care, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities; familiarity with medical terminology is preferred
• Certification in CPR and first aid; knowledge of hospice care and dementia-specific practices is a plus
• Ability to work independently while following detailed care plans and medical instructions
• Strong patient observation skills to identify changes in condition promptly
• Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills to connect effectively with patients and families
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are often required for Outings , flexibility to work live-in or shift-based schedules may be necessary

Pay: $15.00 per hour
