Home Health Aide & Caregiver

Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides and Caregivers to provide essential support and personalized care to individuals in their homes and community settings. The ideal candidates will possess a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for clients, demonstrating professionalism, patience, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by assisting with daily activities, managing medical needs, and fostering independence for those in need of support.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor and observe patients’ health status, accurately documenting vital signs and changes in condition
• Administer medications following prescribed protocols while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
• Support clients with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, hospice support, and memory care.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and assist with meal planning and cooking as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment to promote overall well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care plans are followed accurately.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a positive environment for clients with disabilities or chronic conditions.

Requirements

• Must have drivers license, Reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance
• Prior experience in home health care, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or long-term care environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to safety protocols and healthcare standards.
• Strong communication skills coupled with patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity to serve diverse populations effectively.
• capable of performing light housekeeping duties including cleaning and laundry tasks.

Pay: $15.15 - $16.15 per hour
